Dealer Sales Account Manager (Marine Channel Development)

Hull Shield is looking for a Dealer Sales Account Manager who thrives on building real relationships and helping marine professionals grow their business. You'll work directly with marine dealers, distributors, and service centers to support, develop, and expanded our dealer channel. This full-time position is based in Annapolis, MD, with flexibility for partial remote work.

What you'll do
- Recruit, onboard, and manage marine dealers, distributors, and service centers (US and international)
- Cultivate and maintain strong, long-term relationships with dealer partners
- Drive revenue through active outbound prospecting and account development
- Support and service existing dealer accounts to ensure continued engagement and sales
- Guide dealers through Hull Shield® solutions, positioning, and applications
- Provide product training and ongoing support to dealer partners
- Collaborate with internal teams on marketing initiatives and dealer engagement strategies
- Analyze dealer activity and performance to continually improve sales processes
- Identify market opportunities, coverage gaps, and strategic growth areas
- Represent Hull Shield® professionally at industry events and in dealer conversations
What we're looking for
- Proven sales, account management, or business development experience
- Strong understanding of the marine industry and dealer/channel sales models
- Experience supporting or implementing marketing initiatives for product promotion
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
- Ability to analyze sales activity and dealer performance
- Proficient with CRM systems and sales tools
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred
- Experience with innovative or sustainable marine technologies a plus
